We accept checks and Visa/MasterCard credit cards.
Checks are to be made out to "UC Regents-Family Spring Break".
The appropriate deposit of $200 per person must be
received with the reservation form.
After Feb. 1, 2008 the full amount must accompany the reservation form.
If you make a reservation before Jan. 15th, 2008 complete
payment for your vacation must be received by Jan. 15, 2008. Any vacations
not paid in full by this day forfeit their reservation. Reservations taken after
Jan. 15, 2008 must have the total amount at the time of the reservation.
All cancellations of confirmed reservations must be made in writing.
Cancellations before Jan. 15, 2008 receive a complete refund minus
a $50 process charge. Cancellations between Jan. 15, 2008 and Feb.
15th, 2008 forfeit their deposit.
Cancellations after Feb. 15th, 2008 forfeit all monies paid.
Canceling one individual from your party will incur no charge.
There will be no penalty for changing sessions (space permitting).

Waiting List
If we are unable to book you initially, you will receive either telephone or email notification that you have been placed on a waiting list. You will not be charged if you are placed on a waiting list. Our office will contact you by phone as soon as space becomes available. There is no charge for canceling from the wait list.
